I’m the closest I’ve been since high school, by far, and I’m 694 miles away.

The vast majority of my adult life (until 3 years ago) I’ve been at least 1,700 miles away, and for many years I was between 5,000 and 6,500 miles away from her.

Our adult children are between 1,200 and 2,300 miles away from my wife and me. I do still have one teenager downstairs, however.
