May be different. Building better communication between them and WR's, the OC, TE's, etc would be great, learning the playbook more, having a more open playbook, etc. the expectations wouldn't be as high from fans/coaches/etc after a couple years. People forget about how good a player is "supposed" to be if they disappear for 2 years. Fans at BYU have to always be reminded how a good a player is supposed to be after they get back from their missions. The players that can sit and watch for two years are the ones that aren't paid as much. That's the big difference when it comes to expectations. It's the same with 3/4/5 star players in college
