We fought against it. Then we discovered our oldest had made her own elf out of
old socks and was hiding it for her younger siblings because they all thought we were poor and couldn’t afford a real elf.
Kudos to the Elf on a Shelf people for getting to my kids somehow. I hope enjoy telling all the other residents of Hell how they did it.
