My uncle in law cut off two of his fingers in a table saw accident and bro in law lost one of his and part of another in a snow blower accident

Now for the funny part

We are at a family Christmas party and one of the. 5 year old nephews is drilling away at his nose. He’s two knuckles deep. My bro in law tells him he shouldn’t pick his nose bc there is a monster in his nose that will bite his fingers. And shows him his hand. The nephew is a little concerned but isn’t sure about the veracity of the story. Bro in law says to nephew. You don’t believe me? Ask uncle Mike he gets uncle Mikes attention and waves at him. Uncle Mike waves back with the hand missing the fingers. The nephew’s face goes white as he runs to his mother.

I don’t think he picks his nose any longer.
