normal way. Long cook for less than both the others. It was good. But if you’re going to spend the time (the tri tip does take significantly less time than brisket still this way), why not do the brisket? If you want to cook quicker do the tri tip.
The tri tip and brisket are so very different. I perfer a brisket but more often cook the tri tip.
