If you closed everything that killed people soon it would all be closed. Furthermore only a small percentage of people need to like it and it’s still a lot of people.
Don’t you think that the guy wants to be out of there? If I die some uncomfortable place please get me out of there?

Sounds like maybe the owners insurance company made some freaking deal and now that place is gone
