But it sounds like the studies debunk the myth that nuts make you get fat rather than say you *cant* get fat from eating nuts.
Like, if I were to eat 5,000 calories a day of only nuts, I would gain fat, right? So it’s not impossible to get fat, rather, nuts are less likely to make you get fat than other foods.
Is that right?
