Eventually large college sports programs will be spun off into separate entities
The schools will get capital from the initial purchase and then some type of profit sharing. The owners will then be able to pay the athletes directly and make profits from the programs. The current model of having donors fund NIL collectives, while schools realize the profit isn't sustainable. It will be professional teams tied to colleges and universities. My prediction....
