I can see the benefits both would get, but the age gap seems pretty extreme when you are considering anything other than money, fame and looks. President Nelson married someone 26 years younger than him, but he is 100 years old, so she is pretty old too. I have known some decent folks that are 20 years different in age, but 48 is 2/3rds of a typical lifespan.
Is there really any way to look at this other than the way 99% of people will view this? Maybe they would even acknowledge the same, who knows?
