and a governing body willing to enforce the rules. Some rules are unenforceable and shouldn't be rules anymore, I agree there needs to be a governing body in charge and the rules that are made need to be enforced. I have no problem with players making money. I do think rules regarding transfers are needed as free transfers whenever is not a good system.
