I would think 8-9%, interest only with 3-5 year ballon would get someone interested. Likely wanting to borrow $6-$700k. Overall purchase is looking like $1.86M. All that said I don’t really know what is customary in the private world. Very confident I’ll be able to handle the balloon and service the payments.
