Yep. Meat fills you up and gives you nutrients. Less addictive and not as easy to snack all day on. It is 100% not
the problem. It’s sugar and processed food. Humans ate a meat-centric diet for hundreds of thousands of years without being fat. It’s modern food that is the problem.
