Then do that in the right lane. If you disagree with the rest of the traffic and think you need to be slower than
everyone else, then do it in the right lane.
Easy.
If you’re doing that in the left lane, you deserve a ticket.
No reason to be slower than the rest of the traffic and stay in the left lane… even if you think conditions warrant your lower speed.
