Good ideas but what about the people that can’t work - or choose not to work -
and either can’t afford it don’t have health care? I work and pay for my healthcare and supplement everyone that doesn’t work so that the 9 year old kid that has had a cough for one hour came to the ER for evaluation. 48th ER visit this year alone. Well over 200 in his life. No chronic medical problems but the ER is “easy to get into and free” according to his mother.

Someone has to work to pay for all those visits bc that family isn’t paying. And that is isn’t a huge outlier (other than the age) in the population I see.
