I really don't mind that as much as I mind the perversion that is
tipping for no extra service or work done by employees.
the whole "It will ask you some questions..." line is insulting. I understand charities ask for help, it's what they do. I just don't feel that way when a company is begging me for my business and THEN for extra money at every interaction.
