I think a program has to look at more than just wins and losses. It's how you got there and where you hope to see the team go.

How is ARod doing with recruiting on that side of the ball? Could someone else do better? How is he with developing the players he has? Could another coach improve this? Is the team winning in spite of the offense or because of the offense?
