also BYU had a tougher schedule than 12 of the teams ranked ahead of them. and has a better record than most of those 12 as well. the defense was very good, and the offense wasn’t as good as the defense, but the offense was good. it was above average, and a major improvement over last years anomaly. ARod has had fantastic numbers while being OC at BYU.
