Part of me thinks the committee had a clear agenda this year to usher in the divide of the P2 and relegate everyone else to essentially G5 status. But then I think back to the preseason poll with #12 Utah, #17 Ok State, #18 K-State, #21 Arizona, and #22 Kansas.

If just 2 of those teams didn’t crap the bed and win 10 games the Big 12 probably gets 2 teams in.

But if Boise gets the bye that’s going to be fairly damaging for the Big 12 for a while. Need our preseason ranked teams to produce next year
