I won't deny that we saw some frustrating moments, mostly from the O but certainly not exclusively from them, in the games we lost and again last night.
But you cannot savage our "leadership" or anyone else for their failures and ignore the significance of what they did do. I mean, you CAN, and it will fit in great with much of the board this weekend, but it doesn't make for a very fair assessment.
Other teams have leaders too. Sometimes those teams with leaders have players who are just as good or better than us, and at times, they also play like it. Would've loved to have seen cleaner play from BYU down the stretch. There were some painful, frustrating moments, and they cost us big. But I'm not ready to impune the leadership of the guys on the field who took a squad with unremarkable P4 talent to a season that stacks up very well vs. almost all of the seasons in BYU football history.
