Yep 16 pound bird cooks a lot faster at 450. And the spatchcock cut down cooking

I use a baking rack on a sheet pan so it catches juices for gravy.

Ours were great too. Did whole turkey using Kinders brine kit & roasted in oven bag. Then smoked a breast. Both great.
