got into an accident last night and totaled her car (not her fault). The other car ran a red light. My daughter and a passenger went to the hospital to get checked out and her friend broke her foot. Question is it worth going to one of those "one call thats all" lawyers? Her car had two payments left before being payed off. If you have had this problem can you tell me your experience and if it was worth it? Also do they use the same lawyer or different lawyers?
