On an ad. So I might click in the text box or on “post” and it will open up a new window with an ad. It feels very inappropriate and it’s frustrating. Is this a Ute-specific problem or site-wide?

If it opens up a new window, go back to the CB window and use the “on page” option for reporting a problem with an ad
