Expand to 16. Concede to the SEC and Big 10 and give them both 4 guaranteed spots. In exchange we get 2 guaranteed. ACC gets 2 guaranteed. Highest ranked G5 gets guaranteed. Three at large which will probably most years be 2 sec plus another P4 team from somewhere. Top 4 champs still get a bye (they may not accept this anymore)
