yup. Penalties for bad behavior, encourage better behavior.
you give them a unsportsmanlike penalty that might affect the game going forward, and that bad behavior becomes self policed in the future.

I guarantee you that if the coach loses that game because of aggressive behavior, or the fans cost them the game because of rushing the field, the powers that be at ASU start looking into ways to make sure the coach controls his temper and students cant rush the field.

I am less worried about the students but the coach's actions were egregious. I kept watching the refs during all of the threatening, yelling and tantruming and noticed that they would have loved to react to the coach, but they remained cool. Why? Because they are paid to be professional and control their emotions. They know there would be lasting consequences to their livelihoods if they step over the line. If that same standard were applied to Dillingham he would be paying some hefty fines right now and maybe facing a suspension.
