Seriously, it's all across the board for me. 1-2 weeks is common, but with very high variability, especially after the HR screen. Sometimes they'll email the same day that they've passed along your resume. Other times, it takes a couple of weeks. Often, they tell you they'll get back to you by the end of the week and they never communicate with you again, even when you reach out for a follow-up.

I make it a practice of asking timeline at the end of every interview, but even then it's hit or miss whether they make those timelines.
