Then cook it to the proper temp. 150-155 for the breast. Then for the leg/thigh go to 180 ish but if you want more fall off the bone for dark meat go up to 205. Don’t bother wasting time, effort money resources on brining a turkey. 99.9% of all turkeys sold in the US are already brined.
