There are often posts on CB lamenting BYU's lack of overall talent. With that in mind I took a look
this morning at the number of players currently on NFL active rosters by school in the Big12.
These are the numbers:

TCU 19
Utah 18
BYU 16
Cincy 14
Houston 14
Iowa State 11
K State 11
WV 11
Ok State 10
Baylor 9
T Tech 9
Colorado 7
UCF 7
AZ 5
ASU 5
Kansas 4

Make of that what you will. It certainly does not indicate a program wide dearth of talent relative to
our competition in the Big12. My expectation is that with increased resources for recruiting and the
uptick that we have seen the past couple of years Cougs will separate from the pack and within the next
3-5 years will be the clear leader.
