They aren't as good as a real ECG, but early on they were only happening for 5-10 minutes at a time and we couldn't catch them before they stopped and we weren't sure how often it was happening in sleep or only for a few heartbeats. It was the step before it got a little worse and they had me wear a continuous heart monitor for 2 weeks.
Since I had an ablation to fix it once it got really bad, I use it as a reminder to stand up and walk the halls of work for a few minutes every hour.
