Can't record an interaction between a police officer and an other citizen if you aren't part of the conversation? If arizonas law goes that far then it's unconstitutional.

My guess is you meant to say it would cover this particular situation which is fine. But I am confident it is not as simple as you are stating that if you aren't part of the conversation it's illegal.
