Still competitive, but Utah took a bit of a fall in recruiting.
BYU's class was #44, Utah #60. Right now, BYU has the slight edge #51 to #54. Utah has a couple of really good classes, but it seems like so many never lasted at Utah. BYU has very much caught Utah in recruiting.
