I have definitely seen teams penalized for too many men on the field, in similar
In similar situations, I have seen them penalize the team for sideline warnings, for coming in the field to celebrate. I have seen several celebration penalties. There are many circumstances of delay of game due to excessive and early celebrations after TDs. There is also the intentionally grounding penalty.
