How high the pass was and how far it lands out of bounds really doesn't matter much and probably is at the discretion of the refs. Most refs would not have called that grounding.

If there was absolutely no WR in the area, absolutely I'm with you on this.

I do think that ASU should have been flagged for delay of game. I also think the coach should have been flagged for scream cussing at the ref while the review was going on.
