There was a WR in the area where the ball was
Are we wanting incomplete passes to be grounding penalties now? Where that ball landed out of bounds isn't with the rules. There was a WR in the area and the ball crossed the LOS

There literally was a WR running down the sideline and the ball flew out of bounds where that WR was
