If that word is used in a corporate setting, that person is fired and may never find another job again.

Personally, I think the word has far too much power and shouldn’t have the power to kick a kid out of a game or get someone fired. I don’t use the word and don’t care to use it but society has weaponized the word so I’m not surprised by this outcome.
