Although anesthesia is generally "safe" it's also often still the most
risky part many procedures/surgeries.

You'll come across or see some pretty random crazy anesthesia stories that will scar you for life. Typically always nurse deliver errors and not some crazy drug reaction, but still.

There are some procedures I would just bear with the pain than take the slight risk with anesthesia.

Thought I thought risk went up with colonoscopies without anesthesia as sudden movements due to pain could increase the risk of perforation.
