When they were laying their cables through our neighborhood, they cut through my sprinkler system pipe. We reported the damage to a number that they had left on flyers when they did the work. They sent out a team of five guys who spent an hour inspecting the damage, only to tell my wife that "they didn't think the damage had been done during the installation", and left without fixing it. I mean, at that point, they could have JUST AS EASILY REPAIRED THE BROKEN PIPE!!!!!! I ended up having to have another plumber come over and fix it - he only charged us like $120 bucks and chuckled about how the other crew had done all of the "hard" work like digging the hole.

I get that the guys who came out were just contractors hired by TDS, but we sent multiple emails to TDS during the time and they were like "Oh, sorry, but we can't really control the decisions that our contractors on site make".

I was just super-annoyed by them throughout the process, so I never miss an opportunity to tell people how bad they suck as a company.
