Hand dermatitis is common especially in winter when cold. If she is always
Washing her hands it makes it even worse. She should moisturize with Vaseline if she can tolerate. Make sure it’s fragrance free. If she doesn’t like the greasiness of it then CeraVe cream or cetaphil cream. Don’t use a lotion. It could be contact dermatitis to the hand sanitizer she is using too. Could switch to washing hands instead of using hand sanitizer but would moisturize after washing. A topical steroids probably what she needs too. You use it to calm it down to a point where the moisturizing works. She could also get gloves and put Vaseline on at night and then occlude with the gloves. Hope some of this helps.
