I don't mind seeing Elon's posts, but it became overwhelming. Every time I opened X, the first post was always Elon's post. I finally clicked the "not interested in Elon Musk" option hoping it would level out the algorithm for me.

It worked for a day. Then, Elon's posts were again at the top of my feed every time. I clicked on the three dots, and the option was "not interested in Tech personalities." I clicked on it reluctantly, because I don't want to exclude that categorically.

No change in the algorithm. I'll open X and report now....

First post is garbage "SAVAGE! Full video is in the comments." Second post is an Ad for specialized bicycles. Third post is Elon's. If I click on the three dots, the option is now "not interested in Technology."

I'm very interested in technology. Is this free speech? I'm going to try to ween myself off of X. It will be hard, but it isn't the tool of free speech Elon and everyone claims it is, even with the community notes.

Until I have control over the algorithm creating my feed, it won't be a tool of free speech.
