Apparently they freeze dry fruits and vegetables, mix them up and put the stuff in little capsules. Although that's all I know about the process. People take the capsules and get the fruits and veggies that way.

So why don't people buy freeze fruits and veggies in bulk or even freeze dry their own and save a lot of money. Some people freeze dry their own, can't be that hard. Or better yet, just eat fruits and veggies.

How much fruit and veggie are you going to get in a capsule? Not much. I haven't ever bought them or compared the price so don't know. Don't know if there is any particular benefit to the capsules.
