Tennessee over Notre Dame. I think the committee will have Notre Dame ahead, but I can accept (and personally agree with) the argument of Tennessee being better.

What I don't buy is the argument of Texas A&M being better than Penn State or Indiana. You'd also have to put Texas A&M behind Notre Dame especially given the fact that they lost to Notre Dame on their home field.

Based off your criteria I would say there are at least 4 SEC teams that currently deserve to be in the playoff, with Tennessee as a borderline 5th (could go either way w/ them and lean towards being in). Texas A&M may be in the discussion to be among the "first 4 out" and could possibly still play their way into the playoff, but as of right now they are at least 2 or 3 spots out.
