Scalley is officially "Head Coach in Waiting". But there has not been an announcement or something leaking from his inner circle saying he is retiring. Just people seeing the ducks being in a row that he will retire within the next 2-5 years.

I don't think he'll call it after this year. I figured he'd do it at the end of the 2025 season.
