I would take a hard look at Jason Beck. What he has done at UNM with a dearth of
talent, and a defense that leaves him twisting in the wind makes me wonder what he could do with BYU's talent and Jay Hill on the other side of the ball.
My big question would be recruiting. I have no idea how good of a recruiter he is.
