I know the players feel this loss way more than I ever will.

In my journey for catharsis, I have to say, this team has been great. 9-1 is outstanding. My expectations were only where they were because of how well they've played throughout the season. They've been spectacular for a BYU football team. And they know this game was within their reach.

It is incredibly difficult to win game after game after game, and they did it all year, only coming up short for the first time in the 2024 season tonight. And it's not over yet. They control their destiny.

Kudos to them for being ballers this year and I know they're anxious to wash the taste out of their mouths after this one. Thanks to all the players who have repped BYU this year.
