If he came and was willing to sit for 2 years and develop in the system, like Jaren Hall did, I think he could be fine. But why? It makes no sense for him or us. We have two other QBs on that same developmental timeline that I think are just as good, and we need a schollie/roster space to bring in a younger player on a longer timeline. In an alternative universe, maybe it would work ... but unless we have guys transferring from our QB room, it just doesn't make sense to bring in a new guy unless: 1) they are good enough to compete with Retzlaff or 2) a freshman who can develop.
