The close loss compared to a close win doesn’t help you more in terms of rankings, like my title possibly suggested, but rather in the terms of respect from the media. I was mainly referring to how annoying all of these Klatts of the world are, discussing how we’re a fraudulent team. All the media people that don’t believe in us because of close wins, whereas if we lose those 2 close games then we’re “a really good 7-2 team that could easily be undefeated!” 🙄
