Stolen car = Drug Use (they cooked meth in my neighbor's car before it got 'rebuilt').
Water Damage = Electrical issues (it could take a few years for it to start to show up)
Crash = How much do you trust the new airbags and the welding skills of the mechanic?
Hail Damage = Paint warranty is void, My friend bought his kid a hail-damaged car and the clear coat was flaking off in about 1 year.
