opportunities to put together historic seasons are rare at places like BYU. Even with a senior Retzlaff next year, we can’t assume next year’s team will be better, especially with injury luck. Look at how Utah, OKST, and Kansas did this season returning lots of players and being projected to finish at the top of the conference.

BYU players and coaches need to seize the moment here. Failing to at least make the CCG would be a huge disappointment given the current standings.
