It doesn't do a lot of good to have a ton of talent if there is no culture. The teams hoarding all the talent don't have that big of an advantage anymore because it is much more difficult to build any type of culture when those teams are shuffling everybody in and out all the time. It's a lot more tricky to do with replacing a lot of guys every year. The fewer guys you have to replace the the more they can develop as a unit as long as they have some physical talent to work with. I think Pope is a good coach for this new era college basketball.
