Movie.

I hate the old 1983 version. My HCBW and kids love the book. This was so much better than the old one.

It felt sincere and unapologetically Christian, without being preachy or heavy handed. As a film it bore a great testimony of Christ and the importance of following Him.
It was appropriately funny, sweet, and reverent.
It will become a staple of our Christmas movies along with Muppet Christmas Carol and The Santa Clause.

10/10 recommend as a family Christmas movie.

8/10 as just a movie in general.
