The two attempts to crawl forward on his elbows made it obvious an injury had occurred.
My first impression was Robinson was like "Dude are you OK". Then realized he just needed to back away and let medical staff attend to him.

There's speculation that Kuithe was being taunted as he laid on the field injured. If he did he probably deserved it.
